The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018 announced the winners at the IPAX conference and awards dinner held at Bangkok's queen's park marriott hotel on May 3/4. The projects below designed by EID Architecture, the Shimao Riverfront Mixed-Use, the OCT XI'AN International Culture Center, the Motuo Meteorological Center and the K. WAH Riverside Block E18 Residence won four design awards.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the prestigious International Property Awards. The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence. The following are the winning entries designed by EID Arch (in no particular order).

The K. WAH Riverside Block E18 Residence won the China and Asia Pacific's best year high-rise residential design award, and was shortlisted for the annual global best high-rise residential design by the jury panel. It will be selected for the International Property Award 2018 held in Britain as a representative of the asia-pacific region.

*The concept and schematic design was led by Ping Jiang while working as executive director at Aedas. EID Arch has been responsible for adjustment and refinement of schematic design, design development, facade design package, construction documents.
