Zhongshan Tsuiheng New District Urban design adopts the structure of "two axes and one ring" and builds a rich landscape system through two axes extending to the lake and one lakefront charm ring connecting multiple programs such as retails, office buildings, hotels, SOHO and apartments. By combining the existing waters, a natural organic wetland park is formed. Buildings with different features are set around the lake, including a vibrant cultural center, creative waterfront market, LOHAS City, and Lingnan-style hotel. The residential buildings, SOHO and the main facade of the hotel all face the lake to maximize the landscape resources. By integrating retail, culture and fashion lifestyle, the project creates new regional hot spot and eco-cultural landmark and becomes a LID feature site.
